WE CURRENTLY NEED SERVICE INSTRUCTORS IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: Anne Arundel Co, Baltimore City, Baltimore Co, Harford Co, Howard Co and PG Co. Our Instructors provide one-to-one in home support for activities of daily living, community support and recreational/leisure skills for children, adolescents and young adults. Work 10 to 20 hours per week after school, evenings, and weekends. Commitment to at least one weekend day per week is preferred. You must have your own reliable transportation and be willing to transport clients. Experience with Autism a plus. Training provided!

#S1-MCBA 16yo young man needs an instructor Wednesdays 2-7pm and Saturdays/Sundays in Glen Arm, MD (just 15 min. from Towson).

- Trellis Services, Inc. is looking for Instructors for 1:1 home therapy instruction and group instruction in our Hunt Valley clinic. Must be responsible, have own transportation. Starting pay is $11 - 15 per hour. The majority of time slots are afternoon and weekend hours; daytime slots are available on a limited basis.
- Trellis is also looking for Case Managers for home programming.
Individuals must have either a) certification in special education, Behavior analysis, speech and language, or occupational therapy and 2 years experience in autism b) licensure in Psychology or social work and 2 years experience; or c) a Master's degree in a related field and 5 years experience in autism.
Must be willing to do home visits, program development, and staff management. Hours average 5-10 per month for each case. $40.00 per hour of direct care service plus bonus.

In the state of Maryland, as in most states, all personnel working with children must undergo both a state and federal criminal background check. This requires fingerprinting at each new company you work for regarding children. If you have been fingerprinted within 180 days and have the information/results you can use the reference number from that fingerprinting and authorize Trellis Services, Inc. to gain access to those results. If you have recently been fingerprinted, upon hire you will be asked to complete a criminal justice form instead of fingerprinting again; please request this form immediately.
If you have not been fingerprinted, upon hire Trellis will fingerprint you before starting work. If you have been fingerprinted at another company within 180 days, call us immediately for a "180 day form". Do not mail cards or 180 day form to Trellis Services. All results must be original watermarked page from CJIS, NO copies or faxes are permitted.
